Modern design for easy handling
Optimized for easy operation with a small crew – the Solaris 40ST can be easily sailed by two or even alone. All halyards, sheets, and trim systems run below deck to the two winches in front of the steering columns, allowing you to control all functions safely from the protected cockpit. The mainsheet has been completely decoupled from the cockpit and is now trimmed in front of the companionway, keeping the spacious cockpit completely free and open.

Revolutionary 40-ST rig – The Square Top
With the new 40-ST rig, we are taking an important step towards the future. The square mainsail optimally utilizes the wind in the upper sail area and ensures maximum efficiency. Thanks to a shorter boom and an E-Mass, whose length is nearly equivalent to the J-Mass of the headsail, handling is further simplified. Improvements in hydrodynamics and aerodynamics also guarantee an outstanding sailing experience.
