A brand new never titled 4-stateroom luxury yacht design from Hargrave on a wide beam Jack Sarin offshore hull platform has just been commissioned here in Fort Lauderdale. UPPER BRIDGE DECK LEVEL
If you have a large family with children and grandchildren like this owner, or you like to entertain large groups of friends and business associates this is a one-of-a-kind yacht. It will seat 28 people. Most European yachts in this size range barely seat twelve.
Designed with an outdoor feel, lots of natural lighting, and high capacity airconditioning to keep you comfortable in tropical waters,
Double dining tables on the port side will seat 10 people comfortably. Across on the starboard side is the fully equipped bar that seats 12. There is a day head just aft of the bar unit.
Forward is the helm area. The visibility both standing and seated is excellent. On the port side is a raised forward-facing L-shaped seating area that will accommodate 4 people. There are two adjustable Stidd helm chairs at the console. On the starboard side is the elevator as well as the circular staircase to the main deck.
AFT TENDER DECK
Aft of the sky lounge is the tender deck which has an outdoor grill unit, storage lockers, and refrigerator.
MAIN DECK LEVEL
The master suite is all the way forward and features a king-sized berth on the centerline, and full walk-in closets on each side of the berth. On the port side is a full vanity and chest of drawers followed by the master bath with double sinks, oversized show, and a large linen storage locker. On the starboard side is a full-length chest of drawers followed by a third full walk-in closet.
Following the master suite is a commercial-grade galley set up with a full cooking area, a center island service area, and a separate prep and clean-up area. (See full specifications for the detailed list of all appliances.

To port is the guest cabin that can be set up with twin berths or put together for a queen berth arrangement. The bath is arranged with a double sink layout and an outboard shower with a portlight.
FULL LAUNDRY CENTER
On the starboard side is the walk-in laundry center large washer, two dryer units, built in ironing board, closets, drawers, and lockers for storage. It's like you are home!
FULL BEAM MASTER SUITE
Located amidship, the full-beam master suite features a California king-sized berth on the centerline with oversized his and her baths behind. You just have to see this for yourself, it's enormous with everything you would expect and more.
The engine room is accessed through a watertight bulkhead door in the crew area. It is well laid out for servicing all the machinery and equipment located in this area. See detailed specifications for equipment and machinery.
There is an old adage that says, "Happy crew means happy owners" and that has never been more true than it is today. When you see the fit and finish, the extra room, and the added closets and storage you'll notice that it matches the owner's quarters and that is not lost on your crew.
There is a total of six berths in three cabins with three full heads. The yacht was designed to be run by a crew of three - captain/engineer, mate, and cook/stew. When the owners would go into the heavy entertaining mode over holidays or when going to the Caribbean they would add a chef and an additional stewardess.
