We are delighted to present the opportunity to own a share of this brand new Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 as part of the Ancasta Shared Ownership Program. Enabling you to considerably reduce your upfront and running costs, whilst enjoying turn key sailing without the usual hassles of boat ownership. The below pricing example was based off berthing in Port Hamble Marina in 2023 and the prices below are subject to change until order, and you have the option to decide on the location of your boat, whether that be in the UK or abroad.

These figures cover all the costs of ownership including; finance, berthing, insurance, servicing, maintenance, winterisation, cleaning, and more. You will have a Boat Manager, who will take care of the daily running of the boat, including servicing and administration, so the owners can sit back and enjoy their time aboard. We have also factored in a contingency to cover any unforeseen costs that may arise during the 3-year Partnership Agreement.
At the end of the agreed period, you may either decide to continue on with the agreement, or you may wish to upgrade or move on. In such a case Ancasta offers a guaranteed buyback of the yacht, giving you peace of mind that you have an end date and won't be spending more than the agreed amount.

The saloon has an L-shaped saloon bench seat with storage under. The saloon table is a one piece top and high level closed units port and starboard add to the storage.
Chart table with opening top and reading light. The chart table has been redesigned to be both practical and effective as it folds away to leave more room in the saloon.
The new L-shaped galley makes a facing seat saloon arrangement possible. The space has been well optimised to allow eight people to sit around the table. The galley has laminated worktop, stainless steel sink with hot/cold water mixer tap.
CABINS
The owners cabin is accessible by a double door, the owner cabin offers wonderful privacy. This new separate space still gives a pleasant view forward when the doors are open, lit from both sides by large hull windows. With a headroom of 1,95 m / 6’5’’ double access doors with island double bed 1 Hanging locker (to starboard), 1 Cupboard with shelves (to port), valet tray, open shelving, drawer under the bed, opening deck hatch with mosquito blind, 2 hull portholes with curtain and reading lights.
The heads and shower are accessible through separate doors, from the saloon. The shower has a seat with storage beneath, cubbies for soap, shampoo and an opening port-light.
