Vicem has answered the ongoing debate between galley-up and galley-down proponents by giving the best of both worlds.  The galley is an open atrium style down a mahogany staircase and on the port side, mid-ship.  This is open to the salon allowing for communication with the helm, lots of light and fresh air, while still giving the chef a private space to get things done.

L shaped Corian countertop with integrated sink with matching Corian cut out makes for a large work space with hull side window outboard and opening stainless steel ports above.  Aft, mahogany doors open for a refrigerator with separate freezer, storage and the eye level ac/dc electric panels.  The corner cabinet has pull out storage compartments as well as a pull out pantry cabinet.  The dishwasher is hidden behind matching mahogany panels as well.  Microwave/convection oven is outboard with a flat glass cooktop located on the forward bulkhead. An additional refrigerator is under the cooktop.

Lift the stairs to find the washer as well as additional storage.
