Javier Soto Acebal

The goal was to equip a 40’ yacht with all the innovations that characterize the higher-end models, while maintaining the signature of designer Javier Soto Acebal. Thus, the Solaris 40 was born, with a multitude of features that define this new project in terms of hull performance and navigation comfort.

Starting from the hull, an extremely rounded bow line was chosen, characterized by a small chine that ends halfway down the hull. The high buoyancy at the bow is more than compensated by the width of the transom, which features two rudders that ensure ample course stability. The cockpit is extremely spacious with the helm columns at full width: the only way to steer with a clear view and with the sprayhood raised. In front of the helmsman's columns, we find the classic steps to access the side decks, from which the inclined lines lead to the stern. The interiors, created with the help of architect Roseo, present an extremely classic version: the kitchen is L-shaped on the left. 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms, the separate shower is in the owner's cabin bathroom. The interior design is extremely refined and of high quality, with the cabinets containing the 6 hull windows.

The boat is available for viewing by appointment at Marina di Ravenna, ready for the season immediately with antifouling and engine servicing just completed.
