Yet comfort-focused, it is supported by excellent performance characteristics that are driven by twin Volvo Penta D8-IPS800 of 600 hp each (standard configuration). Glacier Yachts is a result of extremely successful cooperation between famous Dutch designers, Western European naval architects, and a local marine engineering team based in the Baltics. Both Glacier 48 models are being handcrafted in the Baltics by highly-skilled industry professionals with over 20 years of successful experience in the design & manufacturing of aluminium high-speed crafts of different sizes and complexity. The production team is consistent in close cooperation with yacht designers and suppliers of the high-end finishing materials from Italy & the Netherlands to deliver a unique product of excellent quality.
