Accomodations: 

A large master stateroom with double bed and a private head and shower.  The vessel is equipped with a spacious main salon and pilothouse combination with ample built-in cabinets and additional 3 berths.  

Galley:

Galley is located forward in the main salon.  Starboard side and is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner LPG stove with an oven and a large Soap Stone Sink.  

I cannot say enough about the quality and the open ocean capability of this custom-built 48 Wood Diesel Duck.  Do not let the wood construction close your mind to this work of art.  She is built like a tank. Vicki-Lynn hull construction is of the composite type with one layer of white oak, (2) 5/8 layers of Douglas fir and (2) layers of 7oz. fiberglass cloth laminated with West Systems Resin.  Framing is made from 3X5 white oak bonded to the hull to further stiffen the hull.  The superstructure is constructed of (3) layers of Douglas plywood with (2) layers of 7oz. fiberglass cloth laminated with West Systems Resin.  The deck framing used was 2X4 of White oak and laminated as the rest of the vessel.  Even underneath the joints are bonded.  I could go on and on with construction details, but I believe boat people will get the picture.

#1   This 48' Diesel Duck is equipped with an 8ft aluminum mast atop a 4'-2" tabernacle, being the mount for the Raymarine120 radar dome, antennas, lights, etc.

#2   Steering is hydraulic.

#3   The Maxwell 3500 series windlass has (2) dedicated 4D batteries with charger in a closed system.

#4   Clarifying the freshwater tanks.   (3) 50gal and (4) 25gal tanks   Totaling 250 gal.

#5   Clarifying the diesel fuel tanks.    (2) 500gal tanks    Totaling 1,000 gal.

#6   Spare 5 blade bronze prop.

#7   Sellers have kept very detailed service records ranging from bilge pumps to the           Perkins Diesel, which also contains details of the ANNUAL haul outs.  

#8    Clarifying the 1998 age of the Perkins Diesel installed in the 2005 Duck.  the Perkins was brand new, in the shipping crate, in the warehouse, with zero hours.  It was a find.
