Aye Claudia features a composite structure of Dupont Kevlar with vinyl ester resins and core-cell foam vacuum bagged for additional strength and conformity of construction. She is built in only three major molds eliminating unsightly joint areas to achieve superior strength that withstands the punishment of rough seas. Every Marlow features the patented Velocijet Strut Keels, which delivers outstanding performance that tracks reliability through the toughest seas. Aye Claudia has a fantastic Portuguese bridge, high bulwarks which are great for keeping kids and pets in the boat, windows with two tempered pieces of glass laminated together with the 3M hurricane shield equaling a thickness of 13mm, she is clearly designed for long term cruising. Even in a busy harbor or marina, the core-cell foam construction provides excellent sound and thermal insulation. 
The interior bulkheads, stringers, and structural components are installed in the hull when the hull is still in the molds. Where the bulkhead or a cabinet meets the hull or the deck they are connected to the hull/deck by the means of a tabbing laminate that adds strength and stiffness to the hull and deck. Simply put, Aye Claudia is a solid, safe and efficient long range cruising yacht.
