A boat created for every sailor’s dream by a shipyard with high ambitions and solid craftsmanship.
The Hallberg-Rassy 42F is one of several Rassy models that can be found on the high seas and in ports all over the world. The Hallberg-Rassy brand, concept and the quality that the yard stands for is world famous, and well deserved.
Designed by German Frers, the 42 has many of the characteristics that form the basis of a "dream ship" such as respectable speed, beautiful lines, seaworthiness and a well-functioning layout. In addition, everything is stable and strongly built. In classic Hallberg-Rassy fashion, the 42F model is larger than the figure indicates, she is about 43.5 feet.
This 42 is #165, was built in 2001 and has had only two owners. The boat has all of the equipment you would expect. Below deck there is a nice and cozy saloon, a classy work pantry on the port side with good storage, to starboard a substantial navigation table and all electrical equipment necessary, which also makes a good office. Aft is an owner's cabin worthy of the name. Comfortable berths, lots of good storage and a toilet with shower. Forward in the boat you will find a spacious guest cabin, also good storage and toilet with shower. In the boat's engine room, everything is easily accessible for servicing. With the powerful 76 hp engine from Volvo you always have the power needed for good cruising speed and maneuvering in port.
The boat is delivered fully equipped and ready to be launched for the summer.
With this boat, no dreams are too big!
