This lightly used boat has been in northern cold, freshwater her entire life. To a discriminating buyer this means there has been no corrosive salt or long harsh sun to age her prematurely. At the end of our 5 month sailing season she is pulled from the water, hull cleaned, oil changed, diesel tank topped off, and conditioned, plumbing winterized, sails and running rigging stored, and then placed in her custom cradle under a full, heavy duty winter cover. She is truly a ‘better than new’ boat with no charter service, low hours, and many upgrades.
When it comes to accommodations, Island Packet is famous for space, headroom, and storage! It could be the foremost reason that people love their Island Packets. For living aboard and cruising in your home, it doesn’t get better.

Sails & Sail Handling
Easily accessible to both the cockpit and main salon. Features a generous wrap around counter with ample work space for food preparation, including custom cutting boards over the sinks. Numerous drawers, lockers and laminate-lined cabinets offer abundant storage.
The refrigerator/freezer is accessed by a gasket seal lid that opens with gas strut assistance to reveal a divided, lighted and electric dry pump equipped compartments.
All of the onboard Comm/Nav equipment is current technology and network bridged to share information between the Garmin and Raymarine devices.
The heart of the navigation system is the Garmin 5212 12” color touch screen chart plotter with GPS, HD Sonar, HD Radar, XM Weather, and wireless remotes. The auto dimming backlight with large screen easily displays information with configurable combination screens.
The below decks autopilot Raymarine X30 course computer is gyro-compensated and rated beyond the weight of the boat to ensure dependability. Simply set a waypoint on the Garmin chart plotter and the Raymarine autopilot will take you there while compensating for wind and current. The ST6002 control steers by apparent wind angle or magnetic bearing. The autopilot and boat data can be remotely monitored and controlled via the Raymarine Wireless Smart Controller.
The High Definition radar transmitter is gimbal mounted on the mast, just below the spreaders to ensure optimal target acquisition even when heeling and rolling in heavy seas. It has 4kw of transmitter power and a high definition receiver capable of ascertaining real targets from sea or atmospheric clutter. Targets will display their heading and speed. There is also a radar overlay screen on the Chartplotter that makes it easy to navigate near shore at night or in heavy fog.
The High Definition sonar uses a 50/200KHz dual beam through-hull transducer that shows everything below the boat and has excellent fish charting features… it even discriminates between fish size and species.
A Garmin VHF-200 marine radio is networked to the chartplotter so it transmits and receives all GPS and DCS information. Incoming DCS calls can be viewed and tracked on the Chartplotter along with MMSI data. Emergency calls automatically send ship ID, location, and time for quick and accurate response. There is also a convenient full function remote microphone located in the cockpit.
The factory electrical system was improved by providing an additional shore power service at the bow of the boat. This is a 50A/125V service with an auto switching relay that disables the 30A service anytime the 50A is plugged in. The bow location also makes shore power cord management very convenient by allowing the cord to remain on the dock rather than leaving it on board while sailing.
There is a 3000watt true sinewave invertor to provide 120VAC when on the hook.
The factory supplied 40A DC charger was upgraded to a 50A charger that better maintains the 5 AGM batteries for maximum life and dependability.
All lamps were upgraded to LED for low power consumption. Anchor lamp is LED
