"Corinne" is a beautiful example of a classic trawler in the traditional Grand Banks / Downeaster / Europa style.
Very similar in layout to a Grand Banks 32, except these boats have a longer flybridge, covered side decks, and an enclosed cockpit. Plus you get a bigger Cummins engine, and a bigger main salon. This is an excellent layout for older guests or small children, as the covered side decks have high railings, and the ladder to the flybridge is at a gentle angle with wide easy steps instead of a slippery metal ladder like some boats.
There is easy access on all sides of the engine, and tons of storage for supplies and cruising gear. The boat has been lovingly cared for by a professional crew her entire life.
Also, unlike other trawlers in this class, the large berth forward is rectangular, not a V berth, with easy access on 3 sides of the bed. This is very rare in a vessel this size. There is a large head with shower to starboard, and huge hanging lockers.
The canvas, bimini top, and window covers are all in excellent condition, and the window frames are composite, not wood for easy maintenance. The teak decks were removed and professionally replaced by one of the best deck pros in the SF Bay Area, who has also been the prime maintenance crew since the boat was new.
The interior woodwork and cabin sole are nearly perfect. The cushions are all original and have almost no signs or wear or damage. The stove has never been used, the burners are still new in the box! The bilges and engine room are sparkling clean, and the paint, gel coat, and varnish are all in excellent condition, she is truly ready to go. There is even a soft-pack coastal liferaft for trips outside the Golden Gate or beyond.
Decent older Garmin electronics package with plotter, sounder, and radar functions, plus a Robertson autopilot and Raytheon Tridata displays. Look at the pictures of the engine room and wiring, the boat is unbelievably nice, there are no hacker or cheapo modifications anywhere.
The large cockpit has ample room for friends and family, all safely contained within the removable side panels to keep the weather outside. And unlike other vessels in this class, there are 3 nice doors through the bulwarks and transom so you don't have to climb over high railings to get on board. And lastly, there is a lovely Gig Harbor rigid fiberglass dinghy on the optional davits. The dinghy includes oars but no outboard.
Everything about "Corinne" is well kept and in beautiful condition. For the price you will not find a nicer, low-hour vessel anywhere on the West Coast.
Possible transfer of desirable Sausalito berth, call for details.
NOTE - there is a lot of detail here, every effort has been made to show the true and accurate condition of the vessel and systems. We don't Photoshop our ads or use fake 'sistership' photos. Please call with any questions, I know this boat pretty well and am happy to help.
