1998 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer9m

AS OF 2016 HER ENGINES WERE TOTALLY REBUILT. mercury 5.7 liter engines with less than 150 hours on them. these are v drive fresh water cooled inboards. overall this is a great layout with private 2nd stateroom interior. her interior and cockpit are in great shape and well appointed, and her exterior is really nice as well. she is fully loaded with the following; westerbeke generator(new electrical end in 2021) with less than 200 hours, air and heat, hot water, windlass anchor, remote spotlight, full galley, enclosed head and shower, shore power with battery charger, swim platform with ladder, full canvas enclosure 4 years old, cockpit cover, simrad color gps chart plotter, depth sounder, vhf radio, new stereo and speakers throughout, great ckpt seating. the canvas is only a few years old. new sea water pumps, new fuel pumps too.(in 2020/2021). bottom was sand blasted and barrier coated in 2018. props were just tuned in 2021 as well.
