*** . UPDATED LISTING: GOOD PROJECT BOAT! ***
This is a one owner boat that has been stored in our yard since new. After many enjoyable years making memories with family and friends the owner laid the boat up about 8+ years ago and hasn't been back out on his beloved CHRISTIANA ever since.
This is a beautiful boat that has just been a bit neglected and needs some TLC. She has been sitting in cold storage waiting for someone to invest in her! In order to restore this classic boat to her former glory our Service Department recommends starting with a proper engine room cleaning and tune-up including FLUSHING AND REPLACING ALL FLUIDS AND FILTERS INCLUDING FUEL, REPLACE ALL BATTERIES AND BILGE PUMPS, REPLACE ALL BELTS AND HOSES AS NEEDED; after which a proper mechanical inspection and sea trial can commence: Estimated cost to complete this work by properly trained and certified professionals is approximately $5000.
Potential buyers are welcome and encouraged to SCHEDULE A SURVEY prior to beginning any of the above work in order to minimize total expenses in the unlikely event the inspection should reveal deficiencies we are not presently aware of.
