PLATINUM PRINCESS went through the Foreign Hull Charter Exemption Program last year and is certified to operate in New York and Florida as a legal charter vessel. This is a lengthy and difficult process to complete. This is a special opportunity to buy a charter vessel with a positive cash flow potential.
Completely refit in 2012/2013, with additional extensive upgrades in 2019/2020, PLATINUM PRINCESS is an impressive Heesen motoryacht that accommodates up to 9 in 4 luxurious staterooms and sleeps up to 4 crew.
Delivered in 1988 as Bacino, the 105' Heesen Motor Yacht PLATINUM PRINCESS has an aluminum hull and superstructure, with teak decks.

GENERAL
Sleeps up to 9 in the Owner's party in 4 staterooms, plus crew accommodations for up to 4 in 2 cabins.
Owner’s Suite:
As you enter the master stateroom you notice the theme of the cabin is round. There is a huge round bed, larger than a king-size bed positioned in the center of the cabin. Burl maple wardrobes face the bed, and there is a large vanity and makeup area to the port and comfortable seating to the starboard in a rich cream leather. There is a safe in the master along with a discreet 15-inch sat TV and stereo system with surround sound. There are 2 port lights on either side with storm shutters. The bathroom is located behind the bed with entrances on either side of the cabin. There is a full-size bath to the starboard and a large steam shower to the port with 2 sinks centered in the bathroom. All of the fixtures and the floor are marble.
Guests:
In the forward area of the lower deck is a full-beam VIP. There is a king-size bed fitted to the port side and huge marble shower in the bathroom to starboard. There is a 15-inch Samsung LCD TV and plenty of storage below bed and hanging locker to starboard. There is an emergency escape hatch in the forward bulkhead concealed by a painting. Located aft of the VIP are two identical staterooms, both with side-by-side bunks - the only difference is that the port cabin has an additional Pullman bunk on the inboard side. The bathrooms are located behind the aft bulkheads and both have large showers, toilets and bidets. All finishes are in natural stone and marble.
Crew:
The unique layout of PLATINUM PRINCESS was designed to operate with a minimal crew of no more than four. In order to maximize the owner's accommodations and recreational areas, the crew quarters are conveniently located under the galley floor and a Bomar-style hatch on the foredeck drops in the crew quarters. The galley becomes a designated crew area, which allows the complete privacy of the guests in other areas of the yacht.
UPPER DECK
Flybridge:
You can enter the flybridge from two different ways: either from the aft deck or the electric door coming up from the pilothouse. You will immediately notice the vastness of this area. Immediately behind the helm is a huge bar with built-in refrigerator and ice maker and barbecue grill. There is seating to the port side for at least 8 people. Under the radar is a real teak inlaid table, which easily accommodates up to 10.
Moving aft is a teak stairway and stainless handrail which enters into the six person Jacuzzi. There are 2 new Bimini tops, which are easily retractable for the correct amount of sun or shade desired. At the very end of the flybridge is are sun pads for up to 10 people. The deck is new (2012/2013) with three quarter-inch teak.
Foredeck:
There are two side entry doors - one from the crew galley area and one from the salon starboard side, which allows you to go to the fore and aft deck. There is a large sun pad perfect for laying out and soaking in the sun.
Raised Pilothouse:
Walking up some stairs from the companionway on the starboard side is the raised pilothouse. To the port side of the helm is a very large navigation station. Behind the station is a storage, this with all of the ship’s maintenance and technical manuals stored underneath. The KVH receivers and CCTV and ISIS ship monitoring system alarm system are all located in this area. The ship’s controls are to the starboard of the helm, and behind the helm is an observation area for passengers. There is good visibility forward to port and starboard, and for quick access to the flybridge there's a stairway with an automatic sliding glass door.
MAIN DECK
Salon:
Walking onto the yacht from the stern, there are 2 stairways on each side of the garage on the Euro transom. The first thing you will see is a huge alfresco dining table, which can easily accommodate 10 people for formal or informal dining. Moving forward into the salon through automatic oval sliding glass doors, you immediately notice the flooring. This unique floor was installed by the original owner and was original oak wood from a 15th century French church (papers verify this). On the port side is a credenza with a hidden 42” television behind the picture frame. Under the picture is a wine cooler and liquor storage. To the starboard is glass storage in a similar credenza. There is a walkway going forward to the galley passing the huge round dining table, which comfortably seats 810 guests.
The salon is very comfortable and airy with 10 large windows with electric blackout shades and curtains if needed. All the surrounding salon areas feature burl maple cabinets all with many variations of flatware for different dining occasions.
Galley:
Moving forward past a stairway to the lower guest quarters and the stairs to the raised pilothouse is an on-deck day head just behind the galley. Entering the galley you will notice the extreme commercial appliances normally seen in restaurants. The galley features 3 huge standup refrigerator units that can be either refrigerators or freezers. This refrigeration system is found only on the world's finest yachts. More commercial appliances including grill and deep fryer in the galley are made of stainless steel.
Bow:
The bow has a magnificent view and has a huge sun pad area located just in front of the galley area. Private second access to crew quarters is located here, and all of the deck cleaning materials are located in a locker underneath the seating area. There is a dual anchor system and wrapping drum each with 400 ft. of chain, and dual stockless 400 lb. anchors are protected in stainless steel anchor pockets with freshwater wash-down. The collision bulkhead is cleverly incorporated in the chain locker.
Tender Garage:
The garage has an electric locking system, water tight seal and operated with 2 hydraulic rams. Upon entering from the stern you will find enough space to put a 15' hard bottom inflatable and a 2 full-size jet ski. The passerelle is centered above and makes any Mediterranean mooring simple. The swim platform has 2 cleats for tender mooring and is fitted with removable stainless steel stations. You will find a bait freezer with storage for fishing rods and dive gear and dive tank storage. The main components of the Atlas frequency converter system are here, which allows the heat to escape as all these units typically need plenty of ventilation. Visible access to all rudder posts and aft bilges and fuel tank are aft. Aft deck wrapping drum motors are mounted on the ceiling for easy maintenance.
LOWER DECK
Below the Main deck are the crew quarters, the mess room, the 4 guest staterooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the engine room.
