This 1988 48ft Californian CPMY is one of the most popular yachts, of her size ever built.  Plus, this 48CPMY is one of the last built in Tustin, California, at the original plant and yard.  This Yacht was and is being maintained at a high level and it shows.  The Teak interior and furnishings are absolutely beautiful, and with the quality of workmanship, she is spectacular.  This Californian CPMY layout consists of a full galley down with a horse-u shaped settee with a 2-stateroom layout.  The VIP Stateroom is forward and is equipped with a queen size bed along with a hang-up closet, storage and head.  The full beam Master Stateroom is aft and is equipped with an Island Queen bed, dressing table, hang-up closets, an electronic safe for valuables, multiple drawer storage port and starboard and a private head with a separate shower with a glass door.  Both heads were upgraded with Granite cabinet tops, ceramic tile floors, and showers with custom etched glass shower doors. 

One of the great safety features in this yacht is an access and exit door, (escape door) not a hatch, to the cockpit from the Master Stateroom.

The large Salon is well laid out for comfort with a couch, chair flatscreen tv and stereo system.  The sundeck comes with a factory hardtop which is enclosed. The enclosed deck is equipped with a refrigerator/icemaker, wet bar, and is air conditioned.

Further aft and down to the cockpit (easy line handling), there is a transom door to the swim platform for handling the tender or down the ladder to swim.
