The Silverton 37 Convertible is a sea worthy and versatile cruiser. This model helped define the style when she was introduced, and it has become a cult classic since.

‘Indian Summer’ has been carefully maintained and updated by her owners and she is a spacious and reliable operating vessel. She presents very well and is very comfortable, dockside and underway.

A beamy and comfortable vessel with great ease of handling and plenty of power for when you need it.

There are plenty of accommodations for 6 guests, nice 6'3" headroom, large galley with dinette and a full size head with stall shower. Outside spaces include a huge 75 sq. ft. cockpit for serious fishing or lounging with friends & family. Up from the cockpit is a beautiful flybridge with twin captain’s chairs and a forward bench for sightseeing. There’s also plenty of space on the foredeck for lounging.

Overall, the boat feels much larger than it's footprint and her heft, timeless interior, spaciousness and beautiful awlgrip finish yields a proper yacht, in excellent condition and ready for many more years of cruising.

Very comfortable, fully air conditioned accommodations feature a large forward stateroom with abundant storage in lockers and drawers. Aft and to port is a full size head with Vacuflush toilet and separate shower with molded seat.

Aft of the master cabin area is a roomy galley to port and a spacious dinette to starboard. The dinette can convert to a full-size berth for overflow.

Aft and up a couple stairs is the spacious salon. It has a sleeper sofa to port and extensive and beautiful storage cabinets to starboard. The salon is easily large enough to accommodate a couple lounge chairs or folding chairs for guests.

The massive cockpit, flybridge and foredeck offer extensive additional areas for social gathering.

Ruggedly designed with a V-hull for easy tracking in offshore waters, the boat is solid and is very comfortable underway. She easily gets up and cruises at 20+ knots and the result is a very smooth ride. The Silverton 37 Convertible is a classic gentleman’s motoryacht. In a recent run in Charlotte Harbor, I was impressed at how smooth the ride was, even in some chop and brisk winds. It's hard to not be impressed when the engines start up. They run smooth and are powerful enough to be able to cruise at 16 kts., and top out at about 22.

Last haulout for paint in 2019. Bottom cleaned and inspected and Zincs changed regularly.

This is a spacious yacht for a cruising couple, and in remarkably good condition. Her awlgrip finish still looks new and the overall result is a yacht that looks much younger than her age would suggest. The interior is in very good condition.
