This is a centre cockpit layout with dodger & bimini new in 2019, Extra handles on dodger frame.  All hatches & opening ports are custom Little Harbor stainless steel construction. New lexan portlights in 2006. Varnished teak dorade boxes with stainless steel vents. All teak brightwork regularly vanished to a high standard. Double welded pulpit & stern rails with integral anchor roller stemhead. Teak laid decks, Teak cockpit grate, Teak cockpit table. 12v windlass. Deck wash pump & plumbing. Hot & cold shower on the afterdeck. Outboard motor hoist & bracket.

In mast furling mainsail new in 2016, furling genoa & cruising spinnaker both also new in 2016, all made by Evolution Sails. Rigid vang, hydraulic backstay adjuster, All winches are Barient self tailing with the 2 primary winches being 12v powered. Full spinnaker gear. Navtec stainless steel rod rigging (X-rayed in 2001 ) Electric winch furls the mainsail.

Two private staterooms with double guest cabin forward and owner’s cabin aft, plus pull out settee berth in the salon for a total of 6 berths. MASQUERADE has a beautiful, highly finished varnished teak interior with exquisite joinery work with teak and holly flooring. Espar diesel furnace new 2017

FORWARD STATEROOM  Forward is a large private stateroom with generous V-berth plus filler for converting to a comfortable double/king.  Large hanging locker is to starboard with full head and shower facilities to starboard. Ingenious storage lockers above the berths along the hull deck joint. Drawers are located on all open faces of the berth arrangement as well as the lower face of the starboard hanging locker.

MASTER STATEROOM  The owner’s private stateroom is located aft with a large comfortable double berth for comfort at sea with a center-line seat between.

Storage is more than ample with lockers and storage areas plus a generous cedar lined hanging locker. Most lockers have built in lights. A center mirror and vanity are located on the forward bulkhead.The owner’s head is forward to port with a separate large stall shower and a wet locker.

MAIN SALOON  MASQUERADE’s main saloon is large, bright, and airy, and features to port a settee/transom pull out berth. Opposite to starboard is a large L-shaped settee with solid teak table. A custom shelf for books is built into the forward bulkhead.

Speakers for the entertainment center are located in the saloon and aft cockpit with individual volume controls and on/off switch for both locations.

To port aft is a large, complete navigation station with seat and chart table, arranged for efficient operation. Also located here is a TV mounted on a swivel adjustable arm.

GALLEY   The galley is located in the starboard walk-through with exceptional storage and counter space. Double, stainless steel sink Stainless steel counters surround sink. Seafrost refrigerator/freezer (2012)

Gimballed, stainless steel, Force 10 4 burner stove with oven installed (2006) two aluminum propane tanks mounted in aft locker.  Numerous drawers, lockers and bins Sinks and refrigerator with electric pump outs.

Panda 6500ND generator was re-built in 2006 & provides on board 110V power. Shore power with 2 50' cords.

Cranking battery & 2 separate house banks. One is 4 X 6 volt 255 amp deep cycle batteries & the other is 2 X 6 volt 255 amp batteries driving the bow thruster.

2 Xantrex Multistage battery chargers. Xantrex Link 20 battery monitor 

Raymarine ST60 sailing instruments-speed. log, depth & wind functions. Raymarine ST6002 autopilot, Raymarine E80 chart plotter/radar. Standard Horizon VHF with romote mic at the helm. Compass on the pedestal. Clarion & JVC am/fm, CD & DVD stereo with cabin & cockpit speakers.
