Launched in 1982 as a RPD 60’ Stefini design raised saloon owner version ketch rigged, she was then equipped with a sloop rig and consequently completely refitted with works designed and managed by Mauro Stefini adding a great 10 feet bathing platform on the transom and updated as luxury blue water cruiser.

DESIGNER’S BACKGROUND:

Mauro Stefini is an Italian yacht designer based on Garda lake. In 1976 Mauro Stefini designed the biggest GRP boat built at that time in Italy, the Vagabond 47, more than 20 boats where built and sold. After many years of research with racing boats during the 80s Stefini launched the Stefini 60’ design which was presented in two different options: owner’s version with the VIP cabin aft and charter version with a 6 cabins layout.

OWNER’S REVIEW:

The Vessel’s clear aft deck offers the space of a catamaran with the thrill of sailing aboard a mono hull. Her swimming platform on the transom offers wide easy access to the water for all family members. She has also a unique cabin layout, her different bed configuration adapt to suit different charter groups making her ideal for family vacations with children.

CONSTRUCTION

RCD Status:

• RCD Status: Our understanding is that the yacht is exempt from the Directive 94/25EC (Recreational Craft Directive) as she was first placed into use prior to 16th June 1998.

Hull Construction:

• Hull built with fibreglass
• Blue hull paint with white waterlines – new 2018
