This is not your ordinary 50 year old sailboat. The interior can be labeled Spartan, the rest of the boat has been refit and is very seaworthy. Seller brought her down single handed from New England. Heart Surgery had him put it on the market and about 2 months before taking it off market and re-launching a ladder fall has put him back out of sailing.

The boat is in sound condition. It has been on the hard for about a year plus, so please understand there may be some yard dust and the engine may need a proper shake down before cruising. But this is standard procedure all boats can go through after 6 months of storage.
