Fresh water, boat house stored 22' Sea Skiff in great condition. Show winner for many years by previous owner. 95 hp 6 cylinder Chris Craft motor, good compression runs great, smooth and very comfortable. 1997 Shore Land R tandem bunk trailer. New full storage cover, original convertible top, original seat cushions. Fresh paint and varnish all in very good condition. Interior varnish just redone as with exterior varnish, decks, transom etc. Original convertible top and side curtains. Health issues forces sale.
