Warner built in Kennebunkport, ME in 1936, CADET was rebuilt by the previous owner, John Foss in Rockland, ME in 2017. It is reported that the only part of the original vessel is the keel. This current year the decks have been re-caulked, the hull has been re-caulked, and the entire exterior of the boat has been painted. There is a 250hp Cummins 6BTA diesel with 300hr on a complete rebuild. It has a 2.5:1 Twin Disc tranny with an Evolution Drive. There is tankage for 500gal of diesel, and 200gal of water. It has 30A shore power with 2500 watt inverter and 40A battery charger, a Phason 7.5kw diesel gen-set, good current electronics, full galley with Kenmore fridge/freezer AC/DC, and Dickinson diesel stove with SS stack. The head has a fresh water Vacu-Flush toilet and a shower enclosure.
There are raised bulwarks fore and aft, lifelines, cabin top hand rails. There is a Lunenburg dual head windlass and good ground tackle. The boat is extremely able and very warm and comfortable down below for a live aboard or live aboard cruiser with an extended range. She comes with "all the fixin's" for a comfortable life style.
CADET is in the water with a permanent winter berth and is ready for a new life immediately.
Hull: Carvel planked oak over steam bent, doubled oak frames, held with a combination of copper rivets and 3: bz screws
Stem, keel, stern post, floor frames are sawn locust
The entire hull and framing, with the exceptionof the keel, was replaced over several years prior to 2018
Decks: White pine decking over oak and locust beams. Forward is a scuttle hatch with raised boos and a Bomar watertight hatch aft. Pitched decks to side scuppers through the bulwarks

Cabin/House: Vertical tongue and groove fir planking, fiberglass over the plywwod toips supported with sawn oak frames. Finished off with varnished fir. All completely rebuilt along with the hull and deck.
Rudder and Steering: Bz rudder, stepped on bz skeg bar, 2" bz post capped inside with a bz packing gland. Hydraulic steering system with engine driven pump, aluminum reservoir tank, and dual rams.
