About the boat
Manufactured in carbon fibre using vacuum infusion techniques, launching a light superstructure for racing yacht performance. This is a unique opportunity to build and own a unique yacht, then enjoy a true mega yacht sailing experience. With its light construction and telescopic keel, the SJ115 delivers dynamically shallow draft for a yacht of its size. While a fantastic coastal cruiser, this yacht is built to cross oceans with minimal crew. Neat central line controls insures easy short handed sailing.
About the builder
Eaton Marine specialises in manufacturing with carbon fibre composites and GRP infusion systems. The business was established in 2013 by Mike Eaton in a desire to diversify from the standard fibreglass fabrication methods he had pioneered for 2 decades at Seaquest Yachts.
Super-Yacht ownership that pays you.
The SJ115 has the option for the owner who may not able to sail 365 days a year to eliminate his costs while not in use without relinquishing the freedom to use his yacht. Upon launch, the yacht owner has the option of leasing the boat for immediate rebates. In doing this, they receive year-on-year benefits. While leased, the owner maintains the freedom to sail their yacht. Putting your boat into our charter program has further savings benefit, as the charter company bears all of the operation, maintenance and mooring costs.

The hull sporting a riding bow and fixed bowsprit with attachment points for spinnakers and stowage for anchor while cruising. High free board and raised gunnels to increase safety while at sea. A wide transom offers both stable and space on deck for people to enjoy and stunning off wind performance once the sails are set.
The clean and minimalist finish on the exterior serves to both reduce maintenance and to provide a light and comfortable atmosphere. Big wide open spaces conceal convenient under-deck storage, and ergonomically placed hardware makes sailing this yacht simple albeit with a lot of horsepower.
On the bow hydraulic furling systems control the foresails (jib and genaker), all the mechanical equipment is neatly hidden below-deck. A large self-draining sail locker with water tight bulkheads make up the forepeak of the yacht. The large unobstructed open foredeck providing space for sun tanning while at anchor.
A carbon mast with halyards at the base and two electric winches keeps the deck clean tidy and open. A slightly raised coach roof at this point will help to shed water from the area, and non-slip flooring will enable smooth clean tacking.
From the side deck it’s a step up and over the combings into a large protected cockpit .The cockpit area divided into three. Central of the boat is a sheltered area with seats and table for hiding from the midday sun and a place to shelter from the rain in the tropics . Walking aft there is the sailing aria where the winches and tracks are laid out making it very easy to see and sail the boat. With the two helms positioned so you have a clear view along the gunnels and out to navigate. Control lines all leading to a position in front of the helms for safety and easy manageable location. Each helm wheels with their own weather proof repeaters giving helmsman easy access to all data while helming out of a harbor or one the race course and across the finish line with all controls a short reach away.
The rear of the cockpit opens out into the wide flat area, which is the perfect place to relax it has ample space for sitting and reading or tanning. Below this deck is the garage where the tenders and other personal pleasure watercraft are stored. While at anchor the transom is opened to gain access to the tender and this creates a perfect swimming platform.
Stepping from the central cockpit down into the main cabin, the minimalist theme continues, as you are immediately greeted by a large open saloon with tables and seating for up to 16 guests, bright white finish with soft wood accents. Plentiful port lights and sunroof hatches allow natural light to flood in, while discreet LED lighting allows the party to continue once the sun goes down. Air conditioning will keep the climate in this room and all cabins to a comfortable temperature whatever the weather outside. Ambient lighting and multi room audio system also help to set the atmosphere.
Forward of the saloon will find 6 double guest rooms each complete with double beds, integrated storage, port lights, air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms. Walk the opposite direction then you will pass a discreet navigation station before stepping into a centrally located galley complete with oven stove microwave washbasins and fridge/freezer enough to cater for all guests on board. Opposite to this is the utility equipment such as washing machine tumble drier and additional storage. Both will have ample ventilation from either opening port light windows above head height or forced ventilation from the extraction fans located in the headliner. This area is flanked on both sides by another double guest room, again with full ensuite. Towards the rear of the vessel are two double rooms for the crew.
Behind these two cabins is the garage space in which the yacht’s tender along with other personal watercraft will be stored; complete with fresh water wash down and self draining floor
