The Volvo 70 WARRIOR is now for sale.
She was built by Cookson for the 2012 Volvo Ocean and known as CAMPER to a design by Botin
She placed a very credible 2nd overall !!
Since 2016, her present owner has done a full refit from her new bottom, new hull and deck paint and a complete refit of all her systems. Also recent upgrades include a new fin and bulb saving almost 2000 lbs.
Recent results include
1st to finish and new record in the 2017 Annapolis to Newport Race
2nd to finish and 3rd overall in the 2018 RORC Carribbean 600,
an overall win in the 2018 Antigua Race week, and the list just keeps growing...
Three containers full of spare gear, she is ready to keep taking on the world's great ocean races.
