“Dolce” is an exceptionally well-founded 2007 Gemini 105Mc with many upgrades. With her shallow 20” draft (centerboards and rudders up), this easily sailed catamaran can explore bays and areas not available to deeper draft boats.
She was built with all Performance Cruising Inc. options. The head includes a new Raritan Marine Elegance electric toilet with smart switch (allows for a water-saver flush, full flush, empty only & fill) and can switch from raw water to freshwater flushing; it is household sized with an elongated shape. The head has lots of storage, a washbasin, rail type shower, towel locker, built-in toilet roll holder, medicine cabinet & mirror with 6’2” headroom and hot & cold shower.
The large cockpit is covered by a hard bimini. The cockpit comfortably accommodates 6 crew. Additional passengers can be comfortably seated on the davit mounted “sofa”. Dolce is equipped with a custom 2-person sliding pilot seat and innovative cockpit table (which stores out of the way but can be set up in seconds) and molded transom steps with swim ladder.

The light and airy main cabin have excellent ventilation. The side windows provide 360 degrees of visibility. An upper, large front window not only provides light but also provides a panoramic view of visibility while sailing. All hatches have screens. The Mermaid 16,500 BTU air conditioning/heat unit powered by dockside AC. The upgraded Icom marine VHF (with DSC connected to the GPS) has a second station located at the helm. The dinette has a tri-fold, removable, solid teak table accommodating 6 people comfortably for meals. Fans and reading lights are installed over both sides of the dinette.
The cabin has 6’3’’ headroom, with a queen size stateroom forward and 2 smaller, double-sized aft cabins port and starboard and one head with a new electric toilet along with a hot and cold shower. Cabin sole includes engineered teak and holly inserts. Master stateroom with queen-sized bed includes a large hanging locker, storage drawers, and other small lockers. Double berths are located in both rear cabins with two opening hatches & large lockers.

Xintrex gas sensors are located in each of the rear cabin's lowest hull location, the control is mounted on the electrical panel. Two Propane tanks for refrigeration and stove/oven.
A 20lb propane tank powers the range, stove & refrigerator when not at the dock. A single 20 lb. propane tank may last as long as 3 weeks.
The galley has a large worktop that includes a large storage area underneath, utensil drawers and a double, stainless steel sink. A two-burner Voyager 2500 propane stove includes oven and broiler with pot and pan storage underneath. The inboard side worktop has a 5 feet Formica top and large storage area below. A utensil drawer and two smaller cabinets are located here. The built-in microwave is located beside the steps going down into the starboard hull under the settee.

Berig sails (main, genoa, and screecher) comprise the sail inventory All sails are in excellent condition, the screecher is almost brand new. Sail handling ease has been upgraded and simplified with the addition of a boom-mounted “Doyle stack pack” along with lazy jacks. Additional halyard line clutches are mast mounted. A large sail locker is located on the port side.
