The saloon is unique for an HR 37 since it features a rounded end starboard sofa.
There is an atmospheric picture on the bulk head.
An extendable TV aerial and TV fittings are located at the starboard corner of the bulk head for the 16” TV/DVD player which can be left in position when sailing.
The starboard seat back is hinged to reveal a useful shelf for extra storage.
The port seat is also hinged to provide extra storage.
Lee cloths are provided for both side sofas.

There is a 2 speed directional fan located above the picture in a central location on the bulk head.

The cooking position is very safe for work when underway and has proved perfectly acceptable and capable of providing all our needs while permanently living on board for 6 years.
The chart table includes the optional instrument shelf on which sits the handheld Standard Horizon VHF radio on its charging unit and the Raymarine C80 Chart Plotter now only used to provide GPS DSC positioning to the Raymarine 215E VHF.
The VHF has a hand held control unit flexible to 1 metre.
The VHF has an additional speaker with a separate volume control in the cockpit.
A 220V plug connected to the Mastervolt Inverter is located at the table.
There is a weather station, remote control for the anchor windlass and switch panel complete with battery monitor, gas and carbon monoxide alarm, fuel and water gauges plus the Webasto heater switch.
Behind the switch panel board are the Raymarine AIS Class B box, antenna splitter and anchor windlass wireless remote antenna.
There is plenty of storage provided in several places around and underneath the chart table for pilot books, boat documents and charts.

There is storage underneath the skippers seat where we keep spare filters, impellers and anodes for easy access along with the manual bilge pump handle.
The two shelf locker behind the skippers seat contains tools, oils, coolants, spare parts, plugs, flag bag, repair kits, servicing items and fuel set all readily available.
The battery switches and bow thruster switch are in a compartment under the skippers seat complete with spare 60 Amp fuse.
Two large hanging lockers are located to starboard down the HR tunnel to the rear cabin long enough for hanging dresses, trousers and shirts.
The spacious aft cabin includes a double and single berth separated by an upholstered central seat under which is useful storage for shoes.
There is a lee cloth for the single bed, useful for a sleeper or safe keeping of bags and cruising chute.
There are two chart wallets under the cushion.
There is plenty of storage space including book shelves, cupboards and drawers to port and starboard.
Under the starboard side bed, there is a large plastic storage container with bedding, spare parts, a Bruce anchor and the manual tiller for emergency.
Ventilation is provided by an air vent and a large opening Lewmar hatch onto the aft coachroof as well as the Lewmar windows to port and starboard.
A 2 speed fan is located safely down the stern end on the port side of the cabin and a wind scoop attached to the hatch provide for a cooler cabin.
Under the double bed, there is a large battery box containing the 3 domestic batteries connected in parallel and the engine starter battery.
The Mastervolt battery charger and Mastervolt inverter, solar panel regulator, bowthruster/windlass battery charger, Raymarine Seatalk computer, battery monitor and wind generator gauge are all located under the starboard side of the double bed.
The 4 ltr engine oil removal pump is stored underneath the port side of the double bed.
The autopilot arm is contained underneath the single bed to the stern.
The bed boards can be removed for easy access.
There is a fire extinguisher and heater vent.
A large mirror on the headboard and two reading lights compliment the cabin.
The forward cabin includes book shelves, cupboards, drawers and a wardrobe where we keep waterproofs, lifejackets, safety lines and warm clothing as well as two stools and load trolley.
The windlass motor is located in the bow locker.
The two bed boards and mattresses can be tied upto reveal plenty of extra space in four compartments underneath the double V berth bed.
The spare genoa is stored forward leaving plenty of further space.
The bowthruster engine is stored in the central compartment with battery for the windlass and bow thruster stored alongside.
The switches for both are accessible without lifting bed boards.
Two folding bicycles can also be stored in the compartments and the two spare water containers totalling 50ltrs are stored in the starboard compartment.
This still leaves plenty of space for further items such as pressure cooker, bedding, GRP polisher, vacuums, scales, central cushion infill, spare parts and drill.
There is a 2 speed fan, an air vent and large Lewmar hatch with a wind scoop that provide for a cooler cabin in summer.
Two reading lights and overhead light make for a bright cabin.
The speed log is located under the carpet with easy access for removal and cleaning as well as the toilet seacock to close off external water.
There is a fire extinguisher located at the floor.
The heads compartment includes a porcelain hand basin with the optional shower head tap, shower curtain, 90 ltr stainless steel holding tank and mirror.
There is plenty of storage space to the side and underneath the basin.
A shower pump quickly removes all shower water and allows for easy cleaning of the heads.
A hatch and Lewmar window allow for good air flow while there is a heater vent under the basin to help warm and dry out the heads.
It is a very safe, secure and comfortableheads when underway with easy access to the outlet seacock.
The 55HP Yanmar engine is easily accessible through double doors in the corridor and a single door under the stairway.
There is plenty of room to crawl into the engine room and access through a hatch from the cockpit locker is also available.
Options include a Centraflex coupling for smooth transmission and a spring loaded prop shaft pick up point to provide added propeller galvanic protection.
The engine room is completely sound proofed and also houses the Webasto heater, water pressure pump and hot water calorifier.
The Yanmar engine, which has performed faultlessly, has been regularly serviced as required by the owner.
Coolant water, engine oil, filters and the impeller have been regularly replaced as required.
A tubular heater has been placed under the engine during cold winters.
There is plenty of lighting and it is very easy to work on the engine.

Kisti Two is a most wonderful yacht as you would expect of the Hallberg-Rassy pedigree. We purchased Kisti Two from the first owners in 2009 with only 2200 nm and after several modifications and improvements, including copper coating and gantry construction left Weymouth, England in May 2013 to live full time on board. We have slowly sailed over the last 6 years around the west coast of Europe then through Gibraltar eastwards eventually reaching Cyprus. We have stopped every winter for six months berthing in a safe marina. A detailed written log with photographs of our adventure can be found at kistitwo.blogspot.com . Kisti Two has completed nearly 21300 nm and 3050 engine hours. She is now fully equipped to a high specification for singlehanded or fully crewed sailing in all climates and conditions in complete comfort and safety. Kisti Two can be set up to sail in a very balanced manner under autopilot for long periods. She has been carefully maintained to a high standard throughout our ownership and is in excellent condition for her age. She can be sailed, motored, anchored and moored singlehanded all from the wheel. She is currently berthed in Northern Cyprus at Karpaz Gate Marina, a first class and safe marina, see karpazbay.com paid up until 19 September 2019. An annual berth which includes free use of the gym, beach club and crew room costs about £1300 with 40% discount option, plus water and electricity. This when compared to about £5000 in UK allows for plenty left over for flights and superb sunshine sailing along the stunning area of South Turkey which is only 12 hours away or Greece a slow 2 day trip. She is due to be lifted out in March 2019 in preparation for the new sailing season. She is now reluctantly for sale due to health reasons and we are sure she will continue to provide plenty of joy to new owners for several years to come as she has done for us
