The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35 is a Marc Lombard design with sparkling performance, yet are still an easily handled cruiser with spacious accommodation. The accommodation offers up to eight berths, with three double sleeping cabins and two berths in the saloon. Forecabin with good sized V berth, hanging locker and opening hatch to foredeck. Saloon with dinette to starboard, this could be modified to offer a third double berth, with stowage beneath berths and in various lockers. Single settee berth to port with a forward facing chart table which is cleverly designed to slide aft where it then provides an occasional table next to the settee when in port. Galley aft to starboard with Eno two burner gimballed gas cooker with oven, stainless steel sink, toughened glass splash back, 12v refrigerator and ample storage. 240v microwave. Located under the companionway, 2020 Volvo Penta D1-30, three-cylinder, 28hp inboard diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to three blade fixed propeller. 130L Fuel capacity giving approximately 225 mile range at 6kts cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 7 knots.
The engine was installed new in July 2020, including new propeller shaft, shaft seal and all shaft bearings. It has done less than 40 hours (as at September 2020).
