Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:
End grain balsa core sandwich using fibre glass mat and rovings on both sides, giving a light, rigid and well insulated hull.
Balsa core is used from toe rail to below water line.
Solid laminate is used in high stress areas around keel, mast foot and in the joint between the hull-halves. Bottom reinforcements are longitudinal and transversal solid laminate design.
2 anchors – 45lb CQR + Bruce 15kg with chain and warp.
