No major refits have taken place and CD Two retains her original charm. However, over the past 12 years no expense has been spared to maintain and upgrade any equipment or materials on board with fabrics renewed in 2008 and 2015. Lighting is now LED throughout the yacht.
The sun deck teak decking was replaced in 2008 and all decks sanded in 2015.
The stabilizers were upgraded in 2012 with a digital, solid state control system with excellent results
In 2015 underwent her 20 year Lloyd’s survey with all of the recommended work being completed to the Class Society’s satisfaction including Main Engine Servicing, Generator rebuild to zero hours and complete overhaul of both gearboxes in the manufacturer’s workshops.
New propeller shafts were fitted with new bearings and both shafts and gearboxes laser aligned. The propellers were polished and balanced.
Certificate of Compliance for a Large Charter Yacht was renewed in 2015 with no deficiencies recorded. A Spanish Port State Inspection was done in 2015, also with no deficiencies recorded.

Shell plating replacement was done due to corrosion in the; engine room, collision bulkhead and 1 crew cabin in 2015. New shafts were fitted in the same year.
In 2018 a complete renewal of the fresh water piping system took place due to corrosion, this was replaced with plastic piping. Shell plating and structural steel were replaced due to corrosion in the; engine room, sewage treatment tank, guest black water tank and crew black and grey water tanks.
