General

Maiora 20, built in 1993 by FIPA Maiora Yachts in Viareggio, Italy, Hull No. 33/20, designed by Roberte del Re, LOA 20.80m (68'2), beam 5.50m (18'), draft 1.80m (5'9), GRP hull and superstructure, teak laid aft and side decks, deep vee hull, certified Maltese Cross, displacement 42.7 tons., 6,150 litres (1,355 Imp gallons) fuel capacity in six stainless steel tanks, 2,000 litres (440 Imp gallons) water capacity in 2 tanks, holding tank.

Accommodation

Accommodation for eight persons in four cabins, two double bedded cabins and two twin bedded cabins.  Four wc/showerrooms.  Plus accommodation for three crew, crew wc/showerroom.

Aft cockpit with fixed table, L-shaped seating and chairs. Electric sliding door from cockpit to saloon.  Spacious saloon with ample seating, entertainment area opposite. Wheelhouse area forward with dining area to starboard.

Separate galley with door to side deck, double stainless steel sink, fridge and 2x deep freezers, icemaker, LG microwave, Miele 4-hob electric stove plus oven, trash compactor, dishwasher, washing machine.

Reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, hot water, 1,000 litres (220 Imp gallons) Marinco watermaker, marine head.

Large flybridge with al fresco dining area, galley with grill, sink and fridge.

Machinery

Twin MAN 1,150 hp diesels with morse controls, built 1993, approx. 2,150 engine hours (both engines rebuilt 2007/2008, since then run approx. 300 hours), maximum speed approx. 28 knots, cruising speed 19-21 knots (consumption approx. 300 litres per hour at 1,900 rpm), hydraulic bowthruster, electric bilge pump, manual bilge pump, air compressor.

12v/220v electric system, two Kohler generators 1x 15 kw (serviced 2011) and 1x 9 kw, shore power inlet, Victron 24v 100 ah battery charger, Victron 24v 1,600w inverter.

Compass, log, rudder angle indicator, echosounder, Raymarine 8001 ST autopilot, navigation centre, Garmin 2106 GPS/plotter, Geonav GPS (on flybridge), Furuno Navtex, Sailor RT 5022 DSC VHF, Skanti VHF, Sailor RE2100 SSB, Furuno radar, intercom, searchlight. Two videocameras placed in engineroom, TV monitor/screen at interior helm station.
