The Tartan 372 is a fast, powerful and comfortable performance cruiser, designed by Tim Jacket. She is a sturdy, classic cruising yacht that can handle heavy weather, be safely cruised single-handed, and is comfortable for family overnights or entertaining on the mooring. She has a balanced sail plan that does not require over sized head sails or any sacrifice in stability.
This very popular model in the Tartan line of sailboats has the reputation of being extremely well built and a great performance Cruiser/Racer. Two cabins provide great privacy for a small family or two couples. She has the aft head, that most sailors prefer. She has a three blade feathering Max propeller, for reduced drag under sail.
It is a pleasure to list a boat that is well cared for. This second owner has taken very good care of her, with continued maintenance and improvements, including oil and filter changes every fall. Her exterior brightwork will need some attention. She was only used for day sailing and not cruised, for the last ten years. She will impress the most discriminating buyer.
