ANTARA is one of the Perini Navi masterpieces that made the reputation of this venerable company. She has benefitted from owners who have maintained and upgraded the yacht with the current owner having completed major refits and upgrades over the last 5 years. ANTARA is now as good as she ever was and ALL AREAS of the yacht are in superb condition. ANTARA is in Class, Commercially compliant, has a viable charter business and enviable reputation.
The entire interior is finished in well maintained and refitted rich teak wood including all walls, floors and fittings. All aspects and areas of the interior have been detailed and decorated giving the yacht a somewhat more contemporary feel while maintaining the classic honey colored teak wood ambiance. The interior is bright with large windows around the entire main deck and dining area as well as each stateroom having at least 2 portlights for ambient light.
Owner and Guest accommodations for 8 in 4 double staterooms with ensuite Heads. Removable Pullman berths in both forward staterooms allow for 12 total guests if desired. All staterooms are equipped with state of the art Audio Visual systems.
The large Master Suite is full beam and located aft on the lower deck. There are 2 accesses to the Master- one aft via a circular stairway up to the aft deck and flybridge and one through the office from the general accommodations corridor. The Master Suite has separate heads located aft with a steam shower and a full size bath tub, individual toilets and sinks and separate entrances. There is a centered king sized berth and reclining chair, ample drawer and hanging locker storage. The Master Suite has a good sized private office with closes with pocket doors allowing privacy. The office has additional hanging clothes storage and drawers and could eventually be converted into a 5th stateroom if this were desired.
The Guest VIP stateroom is forward of the Master on port side and has a centered Queen berth with ensuite Head and Shower finished in beautifully crafted marble.
Forward there are 2 mirrored port and starboard double Guest Staterooms with oversized single berths, ensuite Head and showers again beautifully finished and crafted in Italian marble. Both Guest staterooms have 2 removable Pullman beds.
The interior main deck is bright and cozy and divided into the forward dining/bar area and the formal living room style aft area. The raised pilothouse is amidships. Large windows allow ambient light into the entire main deck. The floors are all teak planked and finished in satin varnish (2017).
The forward Dining and Bar Lounge area includes a beautifully finished dining table with 8 chairs on the port side and a high drinks bar finished in rose marble and beige leather on the port side. There are 4 stationary high stools at the bar. The bar is equipped with an icemaker, fridge and ample liquor and glassware areas.
The Main saloon aft is formal and yet inviting and cozy with 2 large couches and several easy chairs, and a large square center table. Access around the central seating area fore and aft allow uninterrupted traffic flow and privacy to the aft deck and dining areas. The forward wall has a 50” LCD TV hidden behind retractable artwork. Surround sound and Crestron controlled A/V systems via iPads throughout the yacht. Massive video storage allowing individual videos in all areas of the yacht.
From the Main Saloon area aft via 2 wing doors port and starboard is access to the open aft deck. This area is informal and inviting includes a stand alone bar forward, day head, and seating area for eight comfortably. There is access to the Flybridge up from the aft deck area as well as through the pilothouse.
The Flybridge is quite large and open with seating forward behind the dual steering stations and a jacuzzi tub aft surrounded by sun bathing/ lounging pads. The flybridge allows superb viewing and relaxation areas in complete safety underway.
Crew's Quarters: Ample accommodations for 8-9 crew.
Exceptionally well appointed and spacious crew’s quarters accessed from the forward deck hatch, or from the dining salon stairway down. A large professionally equipped Galley is conveniently located close to the dining area. There are port and starboard cabins forward and captain and engineers cabin starboard side. On the port side forward there is a walk‐in freezer and then the crew mess and then the main galley. It has a fold down pass‐through area. Cabin soles are vinyl and the counters are stone. The crew's area is done in teak with teak cabin soles. A dedicated laundry area has been fitted in the forward area of the pump room.
Built as Liberty in 1991 by Perini Navi with steel hull, aluminum superstructure, and teak deck over steel. Hull, topsides and superstructure completely painted 2016. Many upgraded and refits have enhanced the original build properties.

GENERAL MAJOR UPGRADES
• The entire yacht from the bottom of the keel to the top of the masts has been repainted in 2015
• All Black, Grey, Water and Fuel tanks emptied, recoated and tank tops repaired as needed in 2015
• All bulwark teak covers removed and metal cleaned and refitted then recovered in high density off white composite material in 2014/15
• Teak decks were replaced in 2008 and have been since refinished and look to be in exceptional condition
• Full repaint of the whole engine room and every single bilge area onboard got 6 coats of paint minimum, mostly repeated again in 2017 for deck bilges

She is a true “wolf in sheep’s clothing” as an accomplished sailing vessel evidenced by many wins at various regattas including the St. Barths Bucket, Palma, Superyacht Cup, and Perini Navi Cup.
While initially launched in 1991 ANTARA has benefitted from a 2015, 2016 and 2017 complete comprehensive refit where nearly every aspect of her machinery, interior and exterior was upgraded. Just a few of the highlights include hull audio gauged, topsides, masts and superstructure painted, all winches and furlers removed and serviced, running and standing rigging inspected and replaced as necessary. Interior and exterior lighting upgraded to LED. During this yard period Antara also completed her 25 year ABS survey and comprehensive mechanical refit as part of a multi ‐million dollar upgrading.
