This yacht sleeps four (4). Forward there is a dinette which converts to a large vee berth. Next aft to port is the galley. The galley is equipped with a two burner non-pressurized alcohol stove, stainless steel sink and counter and locker space; a large ice box is opposite to starboard. Aft to port is the aft cabin with double berth. The head is aft to starboard. It has a manual Marine toilet with holding tank and deck pump out fitting, sink & vanity. Interior appointments include: beige fabric upholstery, teak cabin sole; vinyl headliner and wall storage. There is also a 55 ltr. blatter-type fresh water tank.
Aluminum mast & boom; mast stepped on deck; 7/8ths fractional rig; stainless steel standing rigging; internal halyards, four Lewmar winches; winch handles; topping lift; jib sheets; mainsheet traveler; Roller Furling Gear. Sail inventory includes a Mainsail; blue sail cover; Genoa, sails are original but in fair condition.
Solid white fiberglass hull; white fiberglass non-skid decks; VC-17 anti fouling bottom paint; fin keel; balanced outboard rudder; tiller steering, bow & stern pulpits; one Bomar hatch; two opening ports.
Volvo marine diesel inboard engine; 10 gallon #5052 aluminum fuel tank. The electrical system is maintained by the alternator on the engine through a selector switch to a 12 volt battery. There are cabin & navigation lights.
Engine has not been started for three years. A new battery is required. None of the electrics have been tested.

The deck needs attention at the port side chainplate. The windows are stained. The interior has wood trim which has deteriorated.
