Accommodations
Tuggin’ is believed to be an always fresh water boat; owner is pretty sure he is the third owner. Owner has had her 15 years and puts about 30 hrs per year on her diesel which he believes is original/came with the boat, ie., not repowered. Changes oil annually; last oil change July 2020;
Broker Comments
Tuggin’ does not have a generator; she does have two new batteries 2020; no Inverter. No bow thruster. Propane cooking system was removed some time ago in favor of a simple/safe microwave oven. She is a very basic Nordic that has enjoyed a most benign and stress-free life … in-harbor and waterfront family recreation; to our knowledge while she is showing her age in some respects she is fine structurally (eg., good bones) – her red topsides and bottom are excellent… Tuggin has been stored in unheated building at Rentner's Marine over the last ~ 15 winters. Rentners has also done all the preventive Yanmar diesel maintenance; the engine starts immediately and runs smooth. She was motored from Rentner's to Crowley's (2+ hrs) mid-July 2020.
Boat is now in indoor storage at Crowley's, a premiere, full service Chicago yacht yard winter 2020/21. Storage is paid thru May 2021.
