This is an exceptionally well equipped Mk 3. She has been owned by 3 different knowledgeable sailors who have kept the inventory current & fully operational. The keel was shortened to 6 feet with a MARS bulb professionally installed & expertly faired. Water Willie was originally built for a C&C executive & has sailed all her life on either Lake Ontario ir here on Georgian Bay. Both race & cruise equipped with Harken battcars, hydraulic backstay adjuster, spinnaker & gear for the racer in you & dodger, bimini, enclosure, windlass & furling for the cruiser. Owner is moving up.

Double spreader C&C rig with Navtec rod rigging & Navtec hydraulic backstay adjuster. Large anchor locker with Lewmar power windlass. Most running rigging has been replaced with Spectra lines.

Full batten mainsail (Quantum '08) Spinnaker & Genneker, #2 genoa is 2017. Harken furling is 2017.

4 6V deep cycle AGM house batteries, 1 starting battery. Link 10 battery monitor, shore power with cord & charger.

ST 60 Raymarine sailing instruments- speed, log, depth & wind functions. 3 Raymarine Graphic repeaters in the cockpit, one at the chart table. Autohelm 6002 below deck pilot. Compass on pedestal. RAM mike with updated VHF with DSC. Stereo with MP3, CD & DVD functions. Sirius radio.
