Built in the rugged Pacific Northwest in Bellingham, Washington, Uniflite has long been the symbol of quality and a trusted name in yachting for decades. Yes, they had some growing pains in their earlier years but their persistence and dedication resulted in some very nice yachts that we boaters have come to know and love.
An interesting fact.... Uniflite bought the tooling from Pacemaker in 1980, and then Chris-Craft ended up with the tooling from Uniflite in 1984.
Over $800,000 has been invested in Kialoa VI in retrofitting and customizing this beautiful Uniflite.
She was originally a 46' aft cabin motor yacht, and was lengthened with an addition of a spacious cockpit and made into a 53 cockpit motoryacht or yachtfisher as it is somteimes referred to.
She has had extensive upgrades. The electrical system has been upgraded to a new, modern electrical system with circuit breakers with indicator lights, and new power distribution panels with all wiring properly bundled and supported.
She is powered by twin Detroit 8-92 diesel engines (650hp each)
Sound dampening material in engine room and under salon carpeting
Upgraded ZF electronic engine controls
Kohler 20kw generator with 200 hours
