Headroom in this space is 6’4”.Starting forward, there is double-door access to the divided anchor locker. The berth is 6’8” long and 6’2” wide and has an anchor well storage area forward, a storage bin on starboard and a set of three drawers beneath it. Along either hull side is a fiddled shelf aft and double rattan door lockers forward, which provide a tremendous amount of storage. On starboard there is a nightstand top with a cabinet beneath it, then a full height hanging locker with a louvered door. An overhead hatch, opening port and 12 volt fan provide ventilation to the space as well as augment the pair of reading lights and overhead light.
Forward en-suite head:
Located on port within the forward stateroom, there is a custom Corian countertop (2006) and sink along the hull side. Above that are laminate front cabinets; the right hand cabinet is shorter and has a shelf above it, with a porthole above that. The manual Jabsco head (new in 2018) is to the right.
Coyote has a dedicated dining room in lieu of the 3rd cabin. There is a U-shaped settee with a large varnished teak table. Outboard on the hull side are three large storage lockers with beautiful teak and wicker sliding doors.
Galley: The galley has 6’7” headroom and is located on starboard across from the dining area. There is a wonderful upright refrigerator/freezer the owners had installed in 2015 that is just forward of the L-shaped custom Corian counter (new in 2006). Cooking is accomplished with a three burner Force 10 stove and oven (new in 2006) and a Kenmore microwave oven (new in 2006) mounted above cabinets with sliding plexiglass doors. There is also ample storage in cabinets mounted on the hull sides.
Moving aft from the galley and up three steps you enter the saloon. The entire space is
huge and well lit, with two hatches, nine large fixed lights and 6’4” headroom. On starboard there are two leather reclining captains chairs that rotate. There is a large open shelf behind it with storage cabinets and drawers below. On the forward end of that is a fiddled pass-thru counter space to the galley, which also serves as an end table. On port there is a large L-Shaped settee with a wicker basket/coffee table and another large open storage shelf.
Aft of the settee is a large teak work surface with top opening storage compartments. Outboard of those is more storage with plexiglass sliding doors. Below is Raritan ice maker (new in 2008) and Subzero 4 cu. ft freezer (new in 2008). Mounted overhead is a 42 inch flat screen TV. Aft of that is the corridor that leads past a double door closet above that.
The nav is located at the base of the companionway on starboard. There is a swivel seat with arms that swings in under the nav top when not in use. The top surface itself is large and will easily fit a chart book. There is storage beneath the top and below it as well. To the right as you are seated there is additional shelf and locker storage, with the electrical panel close at hand as well.
Entering the air conditioned master stateroom from the corridor, the walk-around centerline queen berth is the focal point of the space. On the right as you enter are two full-height hanging lockers. Across from the hanging lockers on the starboard side of the cabin is a changing seat with storage beneath it and a stack of drawers above it. At the foot of the bed is drawer storage, while on either side at nightstand height are teak counters that run from the lockers to the head of the bed. There are top opening lids to storage spaces below, with removable teak bin interiors which allow access to the hull and more storage beneath them. There are rail fiddled shelves along either hull side above those; at the head on either side is a rattan door locker. The headroom in this cabin is 6’3”. Ventilation and lighting is provided by five opening ports, one fixed port, one overhead hatch and assorted overhead and reading lights.
Aft stateroom en suite head:
Entering the master head, there is 6’3” headroom in here as well. To the left is the shower stall, which has a shower head on an adjustable height bar. There is a large Corian countertop (new in 2006) with the sink centered on it and a large teak framed mirror above and double- door storage below it. Along the hullside is a sliding mirrored doors medicine cabinet with a shelf above it and an opening port.
