The Dufour 2800 was the successor to the Dufour 27 in 1978 and was the second most popular Dufour of all time, with 1,300 being built over a 6 year period. Five berths in two cabins this Dufour 2800 is spacious and well appointed.
Forward cabin with V berths and infill to convert to a double berth, storage is located under the berths and above the berths. The saloon, heads and forward cabin is separated by two doors. One to the forward cabin, one to the saloon. Galley to port side and quarter berth to starboard. The chart table slides away above the quarter berth. Engine access under companionway.To the starboard side there is berth located that stretches under the bulkhead.

Emma Liall is a masthead rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium Z-spars mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging. Complete running rigging with topping lift and kicking strap recently replaced. Furling head sail. Slab reefing mainsail with a stack pack stowage sytem. Both sails are a Sea Tech manufacture. All running rigging is led aft to the cockpit. Lines led through 2 easy lock coach roof clutches. Two Lewmar 7 control line winches. Two Lewmar 30 sheet winches. Reefing winch at mast.
Located beneath the companionway is a Yanmar 2GM20F 16hp diesel engine. Electric start. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to three bladed propeller. Single lever control. 40 litre fuel capacity.
The cockpit is equipped with a sprayhood and dodgers with the vessels name stitched onto them. A deep cockpit locker is located on the port hand side. Tiller steering. The main sheet track is located just aft of the companionway allowing for a clear open cockpit.
