Eden is a classic Wheelhouse Ketch lying in Italy built lovingly in wood but is now in need of some tender loving care to bring her back to her best. Owned by the same family since 1976 for many years no expense was spared with her annual maintenance. Her last major refit was in 2010 when she was lifted out of the water and anti-fouled. The owner is no longer living close to her and so has decided to let another enjoy her charm. The current owner is a serious seller and is open to offers with an asking price as a guid only. We believe she would suit a retired craftsman who can undertake the work and investment. It is believed in excellent condition she would be worth a considerable sum. The asking price reflects the works that need to be undertaken to bring her back to her best.
