Iris, is a 1934 John Alden Sailing Classic that has been lovingly maintained and restored. She has spent many years touring the San Juan Islands as a Charter vessel and is now available for private use. Powered by a 28 hp Yanmar, she is graceful, capable and reliable.

Quality materials used in construction include solid Oak frames, Port Orford Cedar (hull and decks) and Spruce Mast and Spars.

Iris's interior is light and bright and full of charm. The Galley comes equipped with a diesel stove, Wood countertops and a porcelain sink.

Accommodations are comfortable - allowing berths for up to 4 passengers. Iris is the perfect sailboat for the cruising family - whether 'hopping' from bay to bay or island to island! Available for viewing at SEA Marine, Point Hudson, Port Townsend.

*Special note: John Alden commissioned this boat to be built at the Stone Boat Yard as a gift for his daughter, "Iris."
