Built by Sea Otter boats in 2006 "Kilbreck" has been in single ownership since first launched. Owner is selling as they have scaled up to a Sea Otter dutch barge.
The beauty of the Sea Otter boat is their aluminium construction, meaning pretty much 0% hull maintenance, paint and hull coverings are purely for cosmetics.
Her interior is constructed of Ash marine ply and hardwood trims giving a light an airy feel with comfortable accommodation for 4 in two cabins.
The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck which has been covered with a teak deck non slip covering.
The L shape seating converts into a double berth with storage beneath
To the starboard front corner is a tv/storage unit that also houses the cd/radio with speakers located throughout the boat.
A generous sized galley provides ample space for cooking with domestic sized appliances.
The shower room/heads is surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all of the space available.
A moulded sink with single mixer is set to Port with a pumpout toilet along side, there is also a radiator fitted below the port hole.
At the aft of the boat is the main sleeping cabin with cross-double bed and reading lights above.
A small dressing table with mirror is set to the right side of the bed with controls for the Webasto heating system.
Central to the cabin is the doors to the stern deck which is also covered with a teak finish.
'Kilbreck' is fitted with a Nanni 3.100KC 29hp diesel engine.
