If you are thinking "bay boat" the Everglades 211CC should be on your list - for the roominess and ride. With her 21 degree dead rise this 21ft center console cuts through the chop for nearshore comfort...maybe offshore if you pick your days. The high gunnels provide a level of safety & comfort for family and friends. She drafts only 15".
Sportfishing Magazine explained it this way "The Everglades 211 Center Console may be a bay boat by association, but that description is somewhat misleading. Typical bay boat designs offer minimal draft to fish inshore estuaries and tidal creeks, with just enough keel and freeboard to head offshore whenever Mother Nature cooperates. The 211 is a bit different. With its heavier displacement, aggressive keel and rugged construction, it's better suited for deeper water although it can run relatively shallow when the need arises. Either way, this is a tough fishing machine."

The Everglades 211 is first and foremost designed & equipped to comfortably and safely take your family or a group of buddies fishing. The kids can ride in the flip up transom seats (flip down for the aft casting deck). Under the high gunnels are dual horizontal rod racks, there are 4 rod holders on the t-top and trolling is accomplished with four stainless-steel rod holders in the gunnels. 70 square feet of cockpit is plenty of fishing room, of course you can always go forward to cast or toss a net. Load the net and fill the integral 30-gallon livewell located behind the helm seat. The livewell lid is clear acrylic to keep an eye on the bait. Store your catch a 35-gallon in-deck fish box with macerator pump. This is an Everglades that installs both stainless-steel toe rails and thickly padded cockpit bolsters for fish-fighting comfort. In 2012 the cushions and bolsters were reupholstered.
The t-top was designed and installed by a 3rd party. It is not powder coated, it is thick & beefy. The helm holds the standard compass, a 7" Garmin color touch screen GPS / fishfinder and Garmin VHF. Transducer is thru hull Airmar. New Lenco tab switch with lighted indicator. All electronics installed approx 2013.
Easily trailered this boat is equally at home off either coast, perfect for the Keys and with the integrated swim platform off the port transom, a safe family friendly boat to scollop from.
