• UV Damage on coach roof needs respray with AWL grip to look like new. £2500 pro or £250 DIY
• Teak toe rail needs attention cosmetic, but it may be worth re fitting toe rail hardware cleats and stanchion bases too on a boat of this age. £ Est £3000 
• New domestic batteries 2 x 120 Ah £500 
• Needs new bathing ladder £100
