YOTI was founded in March 2008 and exists to provide an alternative sales platform for the yachting community. We specialise in production and semi production yachts with a team of employees vastly experienced in yacht sales, both in Australia and Internationally.
We are located at The Spit on stunning Middle Harbour, Sydney; approximately 30 minutes from Sydney Airport.

Shower: Two - one in heads and one cockpit. H+C pressure water.
Toilet: One electric with a plastic holding tank located under the 'V' berth. The holding tank has never been used and requires plumbing.

Galley: The galley is 'L' shaped and located on the port side of the companionway steps. It is fitted out with a stove, fridge and stainless steel sink in the carbon fibre covered bench top.
Water: 200L in tanks laminated into the hull under the port and starboard quarter berths.
Stove: Nelson oven and grill with two burners on a gimbled system.
Refrigeration: 12 volt Isotherm eutectic system fitted into an insulated box.
