Immaculate Downeast Flybridge cruiser:
Eastern’s 310 Casco Bay runs on a Downeast thoroughbred hull from famed designer Royal Lowell. Her graceful sheer, flared bow, clipper stem, and full keel have given her legendary seaworthiness. Unlike most of Lowell’s hulls, though, the 310 has hard chines, giving her excellent speed, efficiency, and stability both underway and at rest.
Featuring a Yanmar 6LYA-UTE 315 hp 5.7 L Diesel, she will cruise comfortably at 16-18 knots even in rough seas. Over 450 of these 31′ hulls are running on all three coasts and the Great Lakes today.
Offers 6'2" headroom with a 6'8" V-berth. Storage is under the berth, along hull side fiddled shelves above the berth, in a hanging locker aft to port, and in louvered cabinets with shelves further aft.
Enclosed head & shower are aft to stbd with 5'9" headroom. Stainless steel sink provides hot and cold pressure fresh water. Cockpit style shower head pulls out from the bulkhead, with a sump to expel gray water. Storage is in a hull side slider cabinet with shelf and in a louvered cabinet below the sink.
Main cabin offers panoramic views through 360 degrees of large windows. Center windshield opens, as do port, stbd, and aft sliding windows. Headroom here is 6'5", and the settee to port is 7'9" long. Settee converts to a double berth. The teak table is fixed to a teak pedestal and base, which can be removed easily for use in the cockpit(not shown in photos). Storage below the settee is accessed from below the cushions or via 3 louvered cabinet doors. Additional storage is in 4 drawers fwd of the settee and in 2 deep locking file drawers under the helm to stbd.
Headroom in the galley is 6'5". Storage is in 3 drawers below the counter and in slider cabinets with shelves below the sink. Screened sliding windows to stbd and aft ventilate this area nicely.
