Built in 1998. GRP construction with white topsides and superstructure, tandem keel, twin rudders, self draining aft cockpit with tiller steering, Bermudan sloop rig and 4 berth internal layout with sitting headroom.

She has 4 berths including 2 “V” berths in the forepeak and 2 single settee berths/quarter berths.
"Rio" was purchased by her present owner in October 2014. Her owner has spent a great deal of money on improving the boat including purchasing a new Honda 4 stroke electric start outboard in 2014, her standing rigging was renewed, a new VHF radio and wireless wind instrument and new Jib. She has been lifted ashore every year with annual rust protection to the keel, antifouling and polishing. She has been used for mostly day sailing on the River Blackwater and is described as a great little boat and a pleasure to sail!
