Galley and Water Systems
The U shaped galley is comfortable to use at the dock or while underway. Stove with three burners and two aluminum propane tanks ? one on-line and one in reserve. The stove is gimbaled and is allowed to swing to accommodate any sailing angle. The galley also includes a microwave and separate refrigerator and freezer. The freezer and refrigerator both open on top and the refrigerator also has front door access.

Sails and Rigging
Dolce Vita has a full batten main sail, with lazy jacks and is stored in Doyle cradle sail cover (replaced 2014). The control lines for the traveler are accessible from inside the cockpit. The large Lewmar ST-50 winches on the genoa sheets and the ST-44/30 winches on the halyards make her easy to single hand.
Cockpit and Deck
The cockpit is usable and enjoyable day and night. The cockpit cushions and double aft deck cushions make the cockpit area very comfortable. The custom dodger and bimini provide shade and weather protection.
