1994 Maxum 2700 SCR. Known as 2900 SCR in later years. Hands down one of the cleanest 90's or even 2000's boats you'll find. Her Hull Shines like new! She has been meticulously maintained and mechanic owned most of her life! If you're looking for a solid, comfortable, affordable boat to enjoy afternoons or long weekends this is a great boat for you. This Boat has a 9'8" Beam which is very wide for a boat her size. Some recent repairs and upgrades include: Heads replaced late last year with compleate valve job and cylinders honed and checked. 1 year old Manifolds and risers with Stainless Steel Mercury Elbows. Brand new GM intake manifold and brand new complete thermostat housing, Brand New VHF, Recently rebuilt jabsco Head( replaced whole pump Assy). 2 Brand new batteries, 1 year old A/C pump, carburetor rebuilt last year, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, distributor pick up, ignition module, fuel pump, transom shower head and hose, cabin shower pump and strainer replaced last year. I replaced most of the gauges and the Compass last year because the sun had cracked some of the lenses. They are the factory original ones. All of the interior cabin lights with LED Lights, also the radar arch and a new LED anchor light. I have fitted the holding tank with a vent filter and replaced the vent hoses. 1 year old WP impeller. Added a nice SS 2 speed fan in the Aft Cabin, and 2 12 volt outlets in Cabin. New SS Air horns ( old horns broke and air horns are cool !!!) Drive output shaft seal was replaced 2 years ago and Drive was pressure tested. Bravo2 Drive are in excellent condition. Full snap in carpet that is in very good condition. Full camper canvas, full cockpit cover, and helm cover. Oils and filters are changed every year with full synthetic including lower unit, p/s and trim. Washed at least every other week during the season and waxed twice a year with the best products available. Her single 7.4 cruises comfortably at 23-27 MPH and tops out around 40. Everything works well including speedometer, depth gauge and trim tabs.
