Spaceball has had a complete bootom peel and updated with glass and Vinylester. Philbrooks also updated transom extension that boosts the length to 53 feet and offers an increased water line with fully functional aft deck. Great for diving or carrying a tender and has removable staples for safety and ease of access.
An Aluminum hardtop was added during the refit along with an aluminum bulwarks.

Generator is a 7KVH Northern Lights generator on a 3 Cylinder Luger diesel engine
2 X 200 gallon Galvanized Steel Fuel tanks- cleaned and flushed in 2011 with Racor Filters and seperators with vacuum monitors.
Island queen sized berth is forward in the master cabin with an ensuite head and shower. There is a spacious side guest cabin midships. A hallway provides access to the guest head and cabin accommodations.
The Roomy upper pilothouse has seating and a table that can also provide a single berth.
The main salon is large with opening doors onto the large teak covered aft deck. The is a large table to seat 8 guests.
The Galley is large and spacious and features updated granite counter tops with a new microwave, stove / oven and a new fridge/freezer.
4 groups of batteries;
From bow to stern: Under the master bed there is a bank of two batteries (8D’s replaced June 2014) used for the anchor winch, Bow thruster and an inverter for the shower 120 volt sump pumps, a main house bank in the engine room with two more connected in the lazerette, Two start batteries, one on either side against the fuel tanks (4 D’s new in 2014), The Port start battery is also the Genset start battery. The house bank (6 L16 six volt batteries; new 2013/15) located behind the power panel behind the starboard engine and two more in the lazerette has a 1500 amp hour capacity. This bank is the only one that services the inverter.
The lazerette batteries are part of the house system but feed the stern thruster directly.

There are two 120 volt chargers, a Xantrax 20 amp True Charge2 (new 2015) located on the white electrical board behind the starboard engine and a Magnum Energy Magnasine (new 2014) mounted on the starboard water tank.
Two solar panels (255 watt each, connected in series) mounted of the aluminum hardtop are controlled by an MPPT 45 controller mounted in the starboard front of the bridge doghouse, and uses a remote (TS-RM-2) to adjust settings. It generates about 10 amps at full power.
