TIME IN A BOTTLE is very well-maintained example of this venerable Nauticat design which is a scaled down Nauticat 40' S & S design.; a fine pedigree.
Her owners are sailors of long experience and have continually kept her as close to new condition as possible. They have been her stewards since new in 1988..
Like her big sister the Nauticat 40 she is a delight to sail and would make a n ideal choice for extended cruising, liveaboard, and /or island-hopping.
Her original owner has been meticulous with care & maintenance, storing her indoors in a heated shed with the masts out and covered. Engine oil analysis annually. She will be an easy 9 on anyone's 1-10 scale You will think you're looking at a much newer boat.
Don't miss this one!!
