Nice boat. Has 1 large full beam king master and 3 guest staterooms. 1 queen and 2 twins. 2 Crew quarters staterooms with 4 bunks. Huge open salon. Country kitchen. Chill water a/c system. Full with engineroom with twin 12-71 Detroits. Twin generators. Niad stabilizers. 21' beam. This is a real efficient hull design by Tom Fexas. He was years ahead of everyone else in trying new hull designs. She is a excellent sea boat. I have sold 5 Cheoy Lee's through the years and have captained one also. Battleships! They are well thought out yachts. Great boat for entertaining. This is a awesome price for a 92' fiberglass yacht. It would make a great charter boat. I know of no damage history. It is a up and running boat. Owner has other interest and wants sold. "MIGHT" take smaller trade. Survey available with full list of equipment. Listing brokerage is Bay Point Yacht Brokerage.
